3 of us had lunch on Monday. 2 had chicken /Mexican salad. 1 had pork taco salad.
Friend who ate chicken / Mexican salad vomited within 20 minutes. Felt sick remainer of day. I ate the same and have had diarrhea for 2 days and stomach pains and fever. Friend who at pork taco salad has had diarrhea
