Norovirus (stomach/winter bug) is defined (and the same) as a food poisoning where it does infect the tract systems of our bodies especially when more than one person get sick after eating from the same food.
As I've stated in the past that baked/mashed potatoes must be treated as PHF, And to be kept either cold on or below 4C or hot above 60C. I am on (X)
Eggs (both white and yolk) must be cooked thoroughly to at least of 55C. (X)
Hummus is usually made of cooked chick peas, so it must be treated as Potentially Hazardous Food (PHF), which means to be kept cold on or below 4C.
