I ate today Wendy's around 12:30pm spicy chicken sandwich meal ofter that around 6:30pm I feel discomfort my stomach I feel headache & chill low grade fever. Feeling nausea feels urge to use bathroom went 3 time then I started vomiting 3 times already feeling really sick.
