Ordered chicken burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side, black beans, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole for dinner. Woke up the next day and had diarrhea, stomach pains, and flu-like symptoms. 2 days later and I am still having diarrhea and unable to eat solid foods.
