Ate at Chipotle on 1st Ave between 33rd and 34th street. Ate Steak Salad with Guacamole and Chips for lunch around 1:00pm. Started feeling nauseated next morning. Headache, vomiting and low grade fever all day Feb 21st. Still feeling feverish and weak on the 22nd.
