This morning me and my friend stopped by. I grabbed a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. He grabbed a mchicken and a McDouble. That’s the only thing I ate all day. 2 hours later I’ve got a massive head ache I feel really tired I’m nauseous, vomiting, & have diarrhea all day.
