Jr. Cheeseburger - Friday, Feb. 12, 2016 at 12:30pm EST. Began with chills around 4pm, followed by violent vomiting for 8 hrs. Also diarrhea, headache and severe dizziness from dehydration. Symptoms are still lingering after 4 days.
