Yesterday, I got a Vito sandwich from Jimmy Johns. Within an hour after eating it, I started to feel nauseous and began throwing up. The vomiting lasted about 3 hours. I also developed a fever and chills, which have continually improved, though I still have some symptoms 24 hours later
