This week I went to McDonald's and ordered a burger for me and my brother. After hours, I had severe stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting and I stayed up until 4 am because I couldn't sleep. It's been two days and I'm still sick. 😡 I think this is the last time I'll eat at McDonald's restaurant 🤢
