My boyfriend had an egg mcmuffin, and so did his mother, yesterday from McDonald's. They're both sick today with nausea, vomiting, body aches, diarrhea. Those are the only things they ate together yesterday, I didn't have the mcdonald's. We all ate same supper last night, and I am not sick.
