On January 31, 2025, at approximately 5:30,PM, I consumed a hot dog from Sam’s Club Shenandoah, TX. Within 20 minutes, I began experiencing symptoms including nausea, vomiting, and stomach cramps. Given the rapid onset of symptoms, I suspect the hot dog was contaminated.
