On Monday, October 27, at approximately 7:30 am, I had breakfast at Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill in Terminal 1 at LAS. It is the only food I ate that day. By early evening I was violently ill, and attribute it to the breakfast. After sleeping most of the next day, I finally felt better.
