Had breakfast. I ordered a vegetable omelette. About 3 hours later, had severe vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, fever, chills, muscle pain, etc. It’s been 4 hours since symptoms began and no end in sight. I will be going to the ER soon My children did not order eggs and are not sick
