I had diarrhea 2 hours after having a large coffee. They do not flush the cleaning solution out of their urns at this location, so if you order after their cleaning, the solution goes into your coffee.

Four days is a serious food poisoning; I hope inspectors check it out and that McDonalds Head Office gets a note about this incident so they too can check and improve the sanitation of the 333 St. Mary food court restaurant.

I avoid banana peppers, hot peppers, spinach, and special sauce. I also look carefully at the meat for any grayish color and avoid it. I ask for oil and vinegar. I had food poisoning from the banana peppers--an item selected that one time. We need to be vigilant if they don't always give us fresh ingredients.
