I had a Jumbo Jack with tomatoes and lettuce in the afternoon, Sunday March 25, 2018. My grand nephew had a plain burger without the lettuce and tomato. He never got sick but I was violently ill that night. Vomiting, nausea, lightheadedness, headache and chills.
