I went to Wendy's on my lunch break around 10:30 AM & I got 10 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink and now I'm throwing up while I have diarreah. It's torture right now. It just now started happening and I'm not sure what to do cause I've only had food poisoning once in my life.
