It's August 2024 now and I'm having similar issues, but not quite as extreme. Mainly gastrointestinal issues within a couple hours of eating exactly the same product you mentioned, the GV croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I've been eating them for about 6 days now and was thinking my stomach issues was from something else until the last 2 days I've noticed that was the only thing I ate all day prior to the issues. My Walmart is in Rancho Cordova California though.
