I consumed 3-4 bowls of Lucky Charms over a few weeks, before I eliminated milk and other foods & realized that the cereal was the cause of my issues. I experienced nausea, diarrhea, cramps, and appetite loss. The symptoms lasted up to 24-36 hours.
