Hello, I ate a boeuf bourguignon and a purée at 7:45pm.
After finishing the meat I felt disgusted.
During the night I woke up due to abdominal pain followed by diarrhea from 1:30 to 4:00am.
It is currently 9 am and I am completely weak, with a headache.
