Not long after this place opened, I ate there and got sick not long afterwards. Thought maybe it was fluke and decided to give it another go. Same thing the next 2 times. Three strikes and you're OUT!

I just ate Texas oysters last night (on the half shell). How quickly do these symptoms set in? Do they know what organism is involved?
