I ate at Wendy’s in Mt. Airy last night at 8:30pm. I ordered 4 for $4: crispy chicken sandwich plain, nuggets, fries, and a diet Dr Pepper. I began feeling nauseous at 10:30pm. I vomited several times around midnight.
