5/18/23 at 4pm, came to dine with a coworker. Ate a ham and pineapple slice, a pepperoni slice and salad. Since, I've had diarrhea, gaseous burping non stop, and have also vomited. Ate nothing else since because of nausea. It is now the morning of the 20th.
