Food poisoning from CPK frozen Margherita pizza purchased. Within 6 hours of eating, violent vomiting, dry heaving, headache, abdominal cramping, dizziness. Still recovering 2 days later. Knew immediately it was the pizza - that was all I had eaten, and all that was vomited.
