started feeling sick Wednesday afternoon (hadn't eaten yet that day). Don't want to make accusations about where since I cannot be sure.

Is it possible you are lactose intolerant? I imagine that if the dish had chicken in it, it also had regular cream and cheese (as opposed to vegan substitutes) in the alredo sauce.
