Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs. I ate 3 cans of the Chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs Wednesday 10/27/2021. Thursday morning I woke up sick to my stomach, I had diarrhea and vomiting. I later had a fever and my stomach has hurt since that day. It happened on 10/28/2021
