Ate Chicken Mcnuggets on Sept 263024. Within 6 hours, extremely I'll. Had to go to Emergency Room at local hospital.

July 4 2023 My husband & I ate chicken & slaw at this restaurant. I was nauseated within 3 hrs and have had stomach ache and diarrhea for 48+ hrs. My husband has also had diarrhea since eating here on 7/4/23.
Sugar cookies from Bakery. Seemed to be undercooked. But I ate a few from the box. Had stomach cramps & diarrhea for 2+ days soon after eating these cookies.

Yellow 3 layer cake with vanilla icing made me do very nauseous for hours after eating.
