lunchtime, Friday 6/7/19, ate chicken nuggets and french fries. started feeling nausea that evening. Couldn't get out of bed all weekend. Diarrhea for about 1.5 days and nausea for 5 days total. Lost 7.5% of my body weight by the time it was all said and done.
