Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Not sure. Ate at Chipotle in Mt .Pleasant Michigan with my wife 6days ago. About 5 hours later severe chills, headache and vomiting.
