Symptoms started about 4 hrs after McDonald's. Extremely painful bloating, cramping and pressure in upper abdomen with vomiting, diarrhea, cold chills and sweats. Also a lot of belching and the only thing i could taste is the mcdonalds. Even after hrs of vomiting. Went to ER.
