1July2019 - Ordered Egg McMuffin from the drive thru. After driving off, found order contained Sausage McMuffin with no sausage (only egg & cheese on english muffin). Did not notice anything off with taste or smell. 1 hour later severe migraine headache, nausea, shakes.
