Food Safety Report: Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, New York 112, Port Jefferson Station, NY, USA

This location used to be fresh, and was fresher than the Smithtown location. In the last couple of months I've noticed their food freshness quality has gone down-hill. I'm wondering if they're under new management. For Thanksgiving I got the hot buffet food (sliced turkey, stuffing, a creamy potato side, and other vegetable sides.) I had placed the sliced turkey and the stuffing in the same container. I looked at it when I got home, and it was full of all different meats - pepperoni, salami, ham, bacon, etc. The meats were discolored (as if old) and the stuffing didn't smell right. The whole thing looked off to me. I placed everything in the fridge for the next day, which was Thanksgiving. The next day when I opened the container with the sliced turkey and stuffing it smelled so rancid I couldn't believe it. I separated the turkey and threw the stuffing out immediately. The stuffing had been so rancid that the turkey had picked up the smell of it, and we couldn't eat it because of that. The stuffing was also so rancid that it stunk-up my garbage can and my kitchen. It was unbelievable. I couldn't believe they had been getting away with selling that. The creamy potato side dish (which I've seen again in the hot buffet since the Thanksgiving incident) also looked "off", and given the condition of the stuffing, I took no chances and threw it out also. So our Thanksgiving dinner was crappy because of all that. I knew their quality was going downhill, like I said, from a few months ago, but that stuffing/Thanksgiving incident was the clencher. They're obviously taking old meat and recycling it/reusing it. Be careful.

Food Safety Report: Loaded Veggie Grain Bowl recalled due to Listeria

The link to the FDA seems to be broken, or the FDA took it down.

Food Safety Report: Taylor Farms Onion recalled due to E. Coli

I'd like to know what other products and brands use Taylor Farms onions and products.
