I ate a grass fed steak well within its use by date. I kept it refrigerated. I fried to being well done. No pink at all. The next day I was taken to A&E with severe stomach pain. Had to have morphine for the pain. I developed severe food poisoning and 11 days later I'm still ill. On antibiotics.
