had the salad bar 5/9/23 around 6 oclock - jackfruit slaw, sweet potato curry, sweet chilli noodles and pesto butterfly shaped pasta. 8 hours later very sick, cramps, unable to keep anything down until ten hours from first being nauseas and throwing up.
