I ate one of the salads around 1 pm. It was all I had that day. By 3 pm I experienced sudden increasing stomach pain and a warm flushed feeling. Within 30 minutes I was vomiting. It occurred intermittently for about an hour. Had cramping for a few hours and was better by midnight.
