Feb 12th Egg Pesto breakfast sandwich caused severe food poisoning after 6 hours, being all I ate that day. That, or a white chocolate mocha with oat milk. Absolutely the worst abdominal pain of my life. Nausea, diarrhea with blood. ended up in the ER with colitis, requiring antibiotics.
