I ordered 10 piece nugget meal with a mango smoothie and the next morning around 6:30am I woke up to a bad stomach ache and vomit. The whole entire day I had a high fever, excessive vomiting and diarrhea. I felt weak in my legs which were also hurting and made it a pain to walk.
