5/21/19: Ordered a Chicken Bowl w/ White Rice, No Beans, Corn, Hot Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese, Guacamole, and Romaine Lettuce. Experienced cramps next morning and chills, diarrhea, and fever the next evening. Still having issues as of now and not improving.
