Ordered steak, with rice, beans, & cheese burrito chips appetizers with salsa; tasted excellent, 3 hours later, violent vomiting,(8-9 times in a 5 minute period; non stop diarrhea started at every 10 minutes, not at 5 am every 30 minutes.
