I had a bowl on Saturday at 245. By 315 my stomach was rolling . By that evening I was vomitimg and diarrhea thru the night steadily. I stopped vomitimg around 430 am but have had the diarrhea fork er 24 hours with severe stomach cramps and body aches . I have never been this sick .
