Fiancé had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chili Cheese Fries and a Vanilla Frosty Shake. Got severe stomach cramps and nausea about three to four hours afterwards. Has thrown up several times and has bad diarrhea as well as a low-grade fever.
