My wife, me, and 2 daughters went there Sunday, Sept 1, 2019. My 2 daughters, both less than 4 years old only had fries. 1 of them also had fountain drink with us. Later that evening right before bed, she suddenly vomited on the carpet in her room. Said she didn't even know she had to puke.

My wife and I both ordered beef burgers with standard bun. Hers had cheese. She added tomato, white onions, jalapeno. I added tomato and white onions.

As soon as we were walking out of the restaurant, I immediately felt ill. We ate about 6 pm. I was still somehow burping burger 8 hours later. Wasn't able to sleep due to stomach cramps ongoing the whole time. Then I had diarrhea starting that went on the remainder of the following day. Early on the 2nd of Sept, I also vomited out all the burger. My stomach hadn't even digested it. My wife had similar symptoms. Her event just began slower and latest longer and she had more diarrhea and vomited more. It wasn't until Sept 3rd that she could finally take on anything more than Sprite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Burping

The cook that passed the raw beef patties, then placed raw chicken wings in the fryer basket. He didn’t change his gloves. Also, neither cook changed their gloves and they prepared the ready to eat food with those contaminated gloves.
I ate there after 3 pm ghat day. I got back to my home in SC between 8:30 and 9 pm that night. Suddenly, abdominal pain struck me and I had to dash to the toilet! I was up ALL night with explosive diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and I became incontinent. I had defecated in bed 3 times and had to change sheets. I also had to put a diaper on. I am at the emergency room now getting iv fluids and medicine. I was diagnosed with food poisoning.

I just had the same issue with baked lays! I had them on two separate nights and got the same symptoms of stomach cramps and diarrhea within 4 hours of eating them. Also, my bags had the same experation date as yours!

Laboratory testing confirmed four of the five cases as positive for E. coli O157:H7, with three of these cases genetically matching, indicating a common source of infection.

I haven’t had their quac in a while but a week or two ago I purchased a PCC Branded Blueberry Scone and halfway through kept smelling a sour odor until I realized the scone smelled like sour milk. I didn’t get sick or anything so didn’t report it. This was at WS PCC.
