Sunday 2/9/2020 apps 7pm I ate chicken thighs roasted with red potatoes, and prepared broccolisalad from there. I dressed my chicken with Grey Poupon mustard and syrup before baking. My husband ate the same meal, but his chicken was not dressed with the mustard mixture. He did not get sick, but I did. Mustard was from an airbnb we are at. I have thrown it away.
Appx 2am I awoke burning hot, sweating. Began to feel nauseous. Quickly turned to vomiting and diarrhea, at same time. Fierce vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and hot flushes occured through 6:30am until I took 2 benadryl to help with the nausea. Could not make it to bathroom a couple times.
Since then, diarrhea has persisted. Watery. Cannot tolerate food, and only small amounts of water. Pedialyte very difficult.
Appx 5-6pm on 2/10, severe cramps on left side of abdomen, under very bottom of ribs, across from navel. Diarrhea and nausea continuing, but no more projectile vomiting. Feel shaky.
