I bought several roast beef and cheddar sandwiches on Sunday evening for my family. My mother and I both ate the sandwiches. I woke up with diarrhea and nausea, nausea continued to get worse. By late last night (Monday night), started dry heaving. Nausea continued to worsen, and today was unable to keep anything down, ended up missing a work meeting and having to be sent home. When I contacted my mother to see how she felt, she reported the same symptoms. We love Arby's so it pains me to write this! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

on our way home. All five (5) of us ordered chicken, but only three (3) of the five (5) ordered a milkshake. The three (3) who ordered the milkshake fell violently ill, with the exact same symptoms and at the same time, exactly thirty-six (36) hours later. They range in age from 12 - 80 years old. It is now four (4) days since the onset of symptoms, and they have not subsided. The two of us who had a soft drink in lieu of the milkshake are fine. Given we spent the weekend together, traveled together, and ate the same food, the only variant and potential culprit is the milkshake. Either the container was handled by an unclean or unwell individual or the milkshake prep area is improperly cleaned and/or contaminated. I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey.
