My husband and I had our last meal of a 17 day holiday on 2nd July 2019. I avoided the crab due to impending traveling.
I had fish tacos and chicken tortilla soup and my husband had chicken & tropical fruit salad.
We caught a flight to London Gatwick 3 hours later. I felt sick on the plane and couldn’t eat. I thought I was travel sick(something I've never had before). After the journey from hell we finally got in a taxi at Gatwick. I somehow managed not to throw up in the taxi. I was sick at home in London and sick again about 4 hours later. I had diarrhea for a week and then on and off for another 10 days. I have had nausea for nearly 4 weeks now and still haven’t revovered. My husband followed with similar symptoms 24 hrs after me. He recovered about four days ago.
My husband finished off the chicken tortilla soup and ate one of the tortillas ( no filling) from the fish tacos. We think it must’ve been the chicken tortilla soup.
It’s a shame as this was the first restaurant we ever visited in Florida 8 years ago and has remained a favorite on our subsequent visits. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

and picking up condiments I realize a foul odor coming from the hot dog which had a sort of mango tomato chetney and some what perplexed due to the rotting smell. I was SO taken aback from the
faint rot meat smell .I sat down with my husband not sure if it was the smell because of a cocktail or the food on my tray. I never had to complain in the seaworld parks befor but It was so bad it was turing into sort or methane smell. My husband took a bite as I did but after 5 mins It smelled and tasted worse, like rotting trash from a garbage compactor. After we took a reluctant bite after words it was So disgusting I brought it back to Facility and they gave me another bacon wrapped hot dog without the Chutney. Regardless several hours later we all had diarrhea. My husband had to call out sick the next day stomach cramps and diarrhea. I have been throwing up with non stop diarrhea. My children did not go to school the following day becuase of diarrhea. Aqudica needs to seriously check their preped food in there cools like e 4 hours for public safety. For the last 2 days it hurt so bad it feel like all my organs were going to explode. Roly Poly Multigrain Bread was sold at Roly Poly Bakery, at Polmart, CT, New Britain Market Place, CT , Bernat’s Deli, MA and Golemo’s Market, MA. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this product.

The product comes in 20-ounce clear plastic bag marked with product information on top and bar-coded part number 5005-8723 on the bottom and was purchased prior to 04/11/2024.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered during an audit that a production employee used an egg wash instead of water to apply sunflower or oat ingredients on external product’s surface.

Production of the product has been suspended until CT Consumer Protection and the company are certain that the problem has been corrected.

Consumers who have purchased 20 ounce loafs of Roly Poly multigrain bread are urged to return the product to the place of purchase for full refund.
