On the 25th of March 2018, I visited with my family for Sunday lunch. Our food was served bearly luke warm, we reported this at the time and yet were advised it was ok to eat. We continued to eat our lunch.

Upon dessert being delivered both myself and my mother found hair in our lemon tarts, this was reported to the waiting staff at the time, we were offered another but declined.

Sunday evening i was not feeling quite right, although i did not relate this to the visit at lunch time.

I went to work as normal on the Monday, however on my return journey home i started to feel very unwell, hot flushes, stomach pains and also the feeling of sickness.

I pulled up outside my home, ran in and straight to the bathroom where I was immediately and very violently sick.

This sickness and diarrhea developed to become even more violent, to the point where my chest, stomach and eyes physically hurt and had in actual fact burst the blood vessels in my face due to the shear violence of the illness.

I was physically poorly and experiencing all signs of food poisoning for 4 days, when i began to stop being physically sick and to start to be able to retain water and small amounts of food.

I was severely ill and must admit i still do not feel 100%, this illness knocked the life out of me and I am only now able to begin to get back to normal.

My partner notified the hotel on the first night of my illness, following on from this he became ill and so did my parents whom where also present on the Sunday.

We were all painfully and severely ill for many days and the feedback from Environmental health and the hotel has been very disappointing to non-existent, with no follow up or communication or confirmation. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Made tacos. The beans were kinda hard to get out of the can. I thought they were just really jammed in there. Woke up dry heaving and horrible cramps and loose stool.
