- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed styrofoam cups being used as scoop for salsa inside the taqueria 2-door prep cooler. Manager instructed to use scoops with handles placed above the top of the food.
