After eating here at about 2:30am I woke up and threw up all the food I ate there. I had nothing else that day besides cereal. I also threw up 3 times after this. When eating the chicken I noticed it was hard and not like normal. I continued to eat it because I thought it was nothing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

on our way home. All five (5) of us ordered chicken, but only three (3) of the five (5) ordered a milkshake. The three (3) who ordered the milkshake fell violently ill, with the exact same symptoms and at the same time, exactly thirty-six (36) hours later. They range in age from 12 - 80 years old. It is now four (4) days since the onset of symptoms, and they have not subsided. The two of us who had a soft drink in lieu of the milkshake are fine. Given we spent the weekend together, traveled together, and ate the same food, the only variant and potential culprit is the milkshake. Either the container was handled by an unclean or unwell individual or the milkshake prep area is improperly cleaned and/or contaminated. later that night. He’s now feeling better. Tonight, he took our daughter to the park to play and then took her out to eat. On the way home, he got me a sub, but forgot to get onions on it. I felt fine up until about 30 min ago, and I’m not up sick and running to the bathroom constantly. Same symptoms as the other night. When we do to subway, I always get the exact same thing, for over 12 years now, so I know it wasn’t something I ate different that upset my stomach

feeling nausea and that mouth watering feeling you get prior to throwing up ,fighting it best as I can I ended up throwing up 4 hours into my shift.

The rice and beans on the combination plate seemed to have added salt, not like usual that salt taste has me wondering. Didn’t think much I thought it was a regular sore throat. Also jack in the box was the last thing I ate and only thing after a 6 hr separation from my first meal at home. Day 3 is when I had to go the hospital because it was no ordinary sore throat they told me I have strep throat due to bacteria from eating something unsanitary.
