Ate a bowl of chipotle. Had barbacoa, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, guac, and verde salsa. Bad hot flashes, on the toilet with diarrhea for the past 2 hours. The barbacoa was super fatty and I had to pick out half of the meat. Tasted funny so I didn't eat it all. This has been happening here and I got a free chipotle card because they were closed one of the days and gave everyone a free card, I thought it was cleared up that it's safe to eat. Didn’t think much I thought it was a regular sore throat. Also jack in the box was the last thing I ate and only thing after a 6 hr separation from my first meal at home. Day 3 is when I had to go the hospital because it was no ordinary sore throat they told me I have strep throat due to bacteria from eating something unsanitary.
