Co-worker and I ate at Chipotle in Scottsdale, AZ on Friday, 6/8 for lunch. Only thing in common was sour cream and fajitaveggies. Both of us started having gastrointestinal discomfort by 8pm and by midnight both of us were vomiting, had diarrhea, nausea, and fevers. My vomiting was so violent I tore my uvula. Worst of the symptoms continued until mid-day Sunday. It's now Tuesday, 6/12, and still touch and go with the nausea, and co-worker still can't eat solid food without vomiting.
