I had a vegan bowl at chipotle last night and I couldn't even finish the bowl because I suddenly got a headache and was instantly disgusted by the food (which never happens I always finish my bowls.) I woke up twice throughout the night feeling nauseous. This morning I vomited all the food from the night before and spent the day vomiting and in the bathroom. I've had a fever all day as well. 45 minutes after eating (steak burrito) I was hit with sharp stomach pains. I went to the bathroom and started getting nauseous with chills and intense sweating.
